Day 11

Made more good progress today, with the tubetato on the floor. She actually picked it up a couple times. More or less by accident, but that's great -- that's how the next step starts!

While we were working, I noticed that she has started grunting each time she puts her teeth on the tubetato. It's the same grunt she makes when she gets frustrated, and I know she wasn't frustrated tonight, so what I think must have happened is yesterday when we were training, she must have grunted & then accidentally gotten the idea that the grunt is part of the trick. It's hilarious. She sounds like a little pig, grunting over & over again every time she touches the tubetato.

Next steps: continue working on the ground, & trying to capture those little pick ups.
